EssayCare.com Referral Program terms and conditions must be read carefully by the Referrer before choosing to agree and participate.

• Must be an individual who is at least eighteen (18) years of age. Under the age of 18 must have a parental consent and close supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this terms and conditions.
• Must be an individual who is able to receive payments via Pay Pal service.

Upon registration, a unique alphanumeric code will be generated which serves as your “Referral Code.” Such will be the identifier of EssayCare.com of new customer(s) as referred by you. A commission is deemed qualified once a new client uses your referral code. Referrer is solely responsible for ensuring that your referral(s) use the proper referral code.

• Referral code is activated and visible upon three (3) orders processed and paid through EssayCare.com online ordering page form only.
• Three (3) paid orders status must be “Delivered”
• Unique code can be given provided to unlimited number of friends, family and other third parties.

EssayCare.com will pay “Referrer” pre-determined commission rate depending on the level of the downline referral. Each referral qualifies for commission if and when:

• Referred customer has completely registered at EssayCare.com
• Referred customer has a qualified purchase/order
• Referred customer order(s) has not been refunded, cancelled or chargeback.

EssayCare.com commission payments are paid on a monthly basis.

• Referral program month end refers to the last day of the month.
• Payment is processed via Pay Pal send money portal for convenient tracking and security.
• Referrer’s profile on EssayCare.com MY ESSAYS account must be provided with a valid Pay Pal email address. Any occurrence of delay caused by Referral’s provision of inaccurate details, EssayCare.com shall not be held liable.
• If and when commission to be paid in any calendar month is less than the minimum amount which is US$100, EssayCare.com shall not proceed to release payment unless commission is equal to the minimum amount. Any excess of minimum will be carried over to the next pay period or may opt to use commission as fund on MY WALLET for order purchase at EssayCare.com.
• Referral Program commission is only counted until fourth generation level. Fifth level referral and onwards will no longer be included for commission entitlement. Rate percentage of commission would vary on the generation level. Refer to the Commission Table.

• Base amount of commission refers to the original transaction amount of order.
• If and when certain order of the Referral has been cancelled or refunded, commission will no longer be quantified.
• If and when a certain order of the Referral has an additional payment confirmed though deemed necessary shall not be considered and included.
• If and when “refunded” status was placed on another status, referral system will no longer accrue commission.
• EssayCare.com will not be held liable on occurrences of Referral tracking inaccuracies. It is the goal of EssayCare.com to make referral tracking as accurate as possible, however, EssayCare.com cannot guarantee 100% tracking reliability for situations beyond its control.

Should there be violation of Referrer on any of the stated terms and conditions; EssayCare.com holds the right to cancel Referrer’s account and outstanding commissions.

EssayCare.com reserves the right at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of these terms and conditions, suspend or discontinue the referral program at any time by email notification of website posting notice.

In accessing EssayCare.com, you agree by the terms and conditions of EssayCare.com Referral Program Agreement set herein. If you are not amenable to the foregoing, registration process must be discontinued.
